A Note to Professors
Desk Copies:
Nutrition Careers is a small, sole-proprietor business. Unfortunately, I can not afford to send free desk copies to all interested professors unless they are committed to purchasing books. I have put sample pages and lots of information about the book on this website to help you understand how valuable the book is to students and what a great tool it is in the classroom.
Please feel free to call me to discuss how you can implement it in your classroom or email me for the name of a professor who can tell you how they use the book.
I am happy to supply you with a free copy if you will buy at least 10 books for your students.
